We occasionally encounter situations where members upload incorrect prescriptions when ordering contact lenses, leading us to cancel those orders.
Does Virto offer an OCR API that can read the prescription and verify it against the order to ensure accuracy? Do you have any suggestions on how we can address this issue?
I know we can always use third party APIs but was checking to see if someone else worked on the similar issue?
This functionality is now available in our demo environment. Simply navigate to Virto Commerce (you must be logged in) and you will see ability to upload invoices or PO’s or any other lists that will then be matched with products available in catalog.
