Remove value from category property issue

Hi,
I have created one property on the category level and made it a dictionary. Now when I select a value and save it. After saving the value of the property when I click on remove and try to save it. It doesn’t allow me to save empty value property and in validation required is also turn off

As per the screenshot ok is disabled when I remove value from ProductFlow and I am not able to save it empty

Platform version - 3.253.1
Catalog Module Version - 3.241

This issue is also happening with the product level property. Can you suggest any workaround for this, As this is creating a major issue for us
